All membership prices shown are billed in US Dollars (USD) and Euros (EUR).

Credit card will be billed as "CCBILL LLC" or  "EPOCH.COM/EPOCHEU.COM" or "IOBILLING.COM"

The administrators of this site reserve the right to refuse membership to any individual and/or cancel a membership.

Citizens of former USSR and Eastern European countries are not allowed to subscribe to Pirrer House!

Please note: In case of violation of this term the account will be blocked!

Members with a history of refunded or charged back transactions will be denied access and blacklisted.

Memberships may not be assigned or transferred. Sharing or distributing username and password information will result in immediate suspension of services.

Members are responsible for providing the administrators with immediate notification of any breach of security in relation to their username and password.

Access Restrictions: Access privilege to the Message Boards and Live Chat features may be restricted or revoked at the discretion of the site administrators.

Sharing of any private information between members and performers is prohibited. Any attempts will cause permanent blacklist from all our sites.

Download / Viewing Restrictions:

• You may download up to 3 Gigabytes from the members area PER 24h. When this limit is exceeded, subsequent requests are refused and access will be restored the following day.
• All downloads are monitored and logged. Duplicate downloads of files from the members area will result in termination of services.
• Download software which facilitate bandwidth abuse may be denied access at the discretion of the site administrators. Using of anonymizers is prohibited.
• The use of "site copier" software is strictly prohibited.

Video Licensing and Digital Rights Management (DRM):

• For the live stream, the latest FLash from ADOBE is required
• Videos  require a DRM License to view and Adobe Media Player installed.
• Licenses issued to members will  expire after 30 days. 
• Members will be issued ONE license per video each 30 days.
• Duplicate requests for licenses may be denied at the discretion of the site administrators.
• Your computer must be running one of Windows 7/Vista/XP/ME/2000/98 SE or Mac OS  in order to obtain the DRM licenses necessary to view the videos.

JAVA  must be installed and enabled

No Contact Information: Posting of contact information and links, (including but not limited to telephone numbers, Email addresses, messenger IDs, and URLs) on interactive areas of the site such as the Message Boards and Live Chat, is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will cause site access termination and blacklisting from all our sites.

Members who purchase credits to use in interactive areas of the site  have to remember that you can spend credits only if you are a member of Pirrer House. If your membership is expired and credits left then you have to rejoin Pirrer House to continue spend credits. Unused credits are not refundable.

If you are qualified to get free credits please remember: free credits can be added once every 30 days, even if you have more than one account you will get only once per month.

Members are responsible for providing all personal computer, communications equipment, and any other equipment necessary to gain access to the web site. WebTV users may experience incompatibility with a few of the site features, but the majority will still be available.

Members agree to indemnify and hold without harm Pirrer House, its employees, agents, directors, and other Members from any and all claims, damages, expenses (including attorneys fees) and liabilities resultant from any and all use of the Members account, whether authorized or unauthorized.

This site, including any content or information contained within it or any site-related service, is provided "as is" with no warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties or merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. None of Images or Videos can be copied or used without written permission of PirrerHouse. Any illegal distribution will be prosecuted by USA and EU law.
